What if racial healing is not only about bridging divides, but also about discerning God’s presence within us and among us? Beginning with a centering practice, this three-hour experiential workshop invites participants into a rhythm of Scripture, storytelling, reflection, and contemplative practice. Together, we’ll explore how growing in awareness of God’s presence can draw us into God’s healing work where race has shaped our stories and relationships, while introducing Sowing Shalom—an invitation to cultivate healing, belonging, and the Beloved Community through soul-anchored practices.
Facilitated by Afrika Afeni Mills
Participants are invited to bring their own lunch and enjoy the outside spaces offered at The Trees following the retreat weather permitting.
