Our Development Phase
In December 2024, St. Philip’s concluded a five-year discernment period, noting that “We have a discovered a ministry” at The Trees. We are now in a period of strategic development, where we have hired professional staff and are governed by a Development Committee. With continued support from St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, The Trees is following the guidance of the Spirit as it grows to meet the needs of our community.
The Trees is a community ministry of St. Philip’s Episcopal Church in downtown Durham.
