Description
It takes courage to stay present in the midst of climate, economic, and social uncertainty. This experiential day retreat offers space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what steadies you. Through mindfulness, values exploration, and resilience-building practices grounded in soma and nature, we’ll explore what peace can look like today—and how to carry it forward into tomorrow. A day to practice inner balance, even when the outer world feels anything but.
Facilitated by Sherylyn H. Pitt, MSW, LCSW, PLLC
