Forest Bathing

Join us at The Trees for a time to settle into the whisper of the wind, deepen your connection to earth, and restore yourself.

Forest Bathing is a slow sensorial experience of being in nature. Elizabeth will guide the group in simple invitations to experience the woods through your senses, allowing you to slow down, restore yourself and connect with the natural world. Forest Bathing is not a hike for exercise or a time to focus on learning plant identification, rather it's about moving slowly and taking time to notice.  No skill required.
